Personality...

These are some pictures we took for Daddy's for Father's day!

I just took this personality test and I am not surprised at the results, it just makes me laugh to see in black and white that I am neurotic!
My highest score is for scrupulous - honest fair person and you treat others with respect and expect the same - follows the rules (Yes, this is me. I will wait at a red light FOREVER, even if no one else is around)
The next is passionate -( this is code for emotional wreck) it is someone who is in touch with their emotions and sometimes speaks without thinking ( this is also me!)
Then contentious -important to work according to a plan and do things correctly and thoroughly (OCD)
Meticulous - You want everything you touch to be just right, and can spot bad taste from a mile away!  (Watch out again OCD and judgemental!)
Responsible - Takes care of duties and obeys the rules - (Me, again.)
The next few I also scored high on were buttoned down - everything in it's place and you feel empowered to know everything is neat and organized (So scary, me again!)
Cooperative - Enjoys teamwork
Original - constantly coming up with new ideas
Understanding - Takes time to listen to others and a good listener.

I had Stephen take this test also and it was really funny that he had the exact opposite of me for most of his traits! I suppose opposites attract and maybe we balance each other out -At least that is what I am hoping for!

Savannah Grace is getting such a BIG personality, I keep thinking that she will slow down and not become a Diva, but I actually think it is picking up! She is so opinionated - wonder where she gets that from?? Daddy.
The dancing and singing cracks me up - she will try to jump and spin and sing it is so cute! Well that's about all so I hope all is well!

Finally a new post..

These pictures are from a few weeks ago when it was actually nice enough to go out and play!

Well I have a little time so I am going to put up a new post. Let's see what has been going on with us lately? Not much, we are just busy working and enjoying the little time we can spend together. June 1st Stephen and I celebrated our second anniversary. We had a low key dinner with Savannah, and just enjoyed being together as a family. I can't believe 2 years have passed already!
Savannah is getting bigger by the minute, and her hair is finally starting to grow! She has changed so much it is amazing. She is still wild about any animal and had no fear when it comes to visiting with the animals. She will walk right up to a cow or horse no questions asked! It is pretty cute to see.
She is also entering into a new phase of tantrum throwing, it is not horrible yet, but she now is testing me in every way possible.
I am enjoying work more now, it is just a stressful and exhausting job, and I just try to keep up. I love that I get to use my creativity to help the kids learn. I know that teaching young children is what I really am supposed to do, but it is just a difficult job to keep up your enthusiasm day in and day out! Well, hopefully it wont be so long between posts next time!!

Coming out of her shell!

I am so happy that my little one has finally come out of her shell! She is finally showing off and showing everyone else how fun she is! At school she has been doing really well and is showing off her many talents, including "Jazz Hands!" Which is my favorite thing, if you ask Savannah to show you her jazz hands she shakes her hands around (like our Elmo doll does) The funny part of it now is I have caught her dancing and then she brings out "jazz hands!" We also had a mini milestone tonight, we were getting ready for bath and all of a sudden she points to her potty and wants to sit on it, so she does and guess what she goes in the potty! Amazing! she has already gone #2 a few times, but that was mostly timing on Mommy's part, but this was her wanting to sit and actually going!!! Bravo!! (What has my life come to, I am blogging about going potty!)

Easter and other stuff

Books!!!

M&M's!!

Sorry it has been awhile since I have posted anything. I have been busy with school and Savannah and Stephen!! I recently had a position change at school and I now have my own classroom! It is really exciting and I am liking my job more and more. I am finally doing what I went to school for and I am having a great time. I have a room with 2 1/2 to 3 year olds, and it is really challenging but it is also really rewarding!! I have been working on getting the classroom the way I want it and lesson planning, so much of my extra time has been spent on that.
Little Miss Savannah Grace has just exploded with new words and a new found sense of self! She is becoming so much more outgoing and funny! She is saying "gra-papa" which is Grandpa, and "um-ma" which is Grandma, and she know so many animal sounds it is so cute!! She will hiss for a snake and roar for a lion and do an elephant complete with trunk action. She knows the dog, cat, horse, cow, rooster, chicken, elephant, monkey, lion, snake, and several others, it is so cute!! She is coming out of her shell and it is so great!! I will attempt to catch the animal sounds on video so I can share! She also is signing "more please" over and over, this is what they do at school and she uses that sign a lot!!
Easter was fun, we just hung out and she loved looking for eggs! It was so cute. She was really very good at finding the eggs and once she figured out there were M&M's in there, it was on! Well, that's about it - until next time!!

I had a low key b-day, as many mom's do. I hung out with Savannah for the day( The messy face pics) and then went to dinner. It was a great day! We had a party on Sat and that was a lot of fun. We did a joint Birthday party with David and had a casino party and played Texas Hold Em, it was a lot of fun!
